Refund and Cancellation Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to discontinue their subscription. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations or deactivation of service please get in touch with us via contact us link. Requests received after the recharge for the current month will be treated as cancellation or deactivation of services for the next month.

Refund Policy
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services, they can initiate a refund request within 1 hour of payment by calling on our customer care number 18003134522. In case the user has utilized electricity after recharge a deduction of INR 200 or the recharge amount, whichever is less will be made and the rest of the amount will be refunded within 7 working days. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
